eMagian Publications was founded in December 2012 by Ian and Maggie, and as of July 2021 has published over 1,100 ebooks, featuring over 6,800 stories written by 280 different authors. Providing a one-stop shop for authors, indie publishers and self-publishers, we offer a complete range of services, including formatting, proofing, cover design, production and marketing. We can also manage the sales and distribution of your ebook if required.
Typically, we would aim to have your ebook published within 3 weeks of receipt, although we do offer a priority service of 7 days for an additional charge. We employ the best practices of traditional publishers in order to create long term relationships with our authors.

Thinking about what's involved in publishing your first ebook may seem overwhelming but eMagian Publications can simplify the process for you for by providing a full range of professional services.
We will ensure that your ebook appears correctly formatted not just on ereaders such as the kindle and Nook but also on tablets and a wide range of mobile phones, all of which expect text to be formatted in a strict style.
Automatically converting your word processed document to an ereader-compatible format can potentially cause unexpected problems which is why we create all our ebooks manually.
We can assist in suggesting the best title as well as suitable metadata for your ebook, and we will determine optimum pricing for commercial success. Our full package provides the option for us to distribute your ebook to the major ebook retailers including Amazon, Kobo, Nook, and iBookstore. We can also manage your royalty payments, converting revenues to your local currency.
First impressions count! Many indie authors take seriously the need to package and promote their books, and a professional looking cover is essential to entice prospective customers. The cover is the first thing a reader sees, even on an ebook; if it looks amateurish, the discerning reader may expect the content of the book to be equally amateur, whereas a dynamic, eye-catching cover may be the reason they picked the book in the first place.
The self-publishing market is fiercely competitive (over 100,000 new books are currently loaded onto Amazon every 30 days) and there's a real danger your book will get buried beneath the avalanche. But with a high level of impulse buys, a quality cover image can leave a lasting impression and help sell the book. A cover that instantly grabs attention is much more likely to tempt the customer to buy the book.
Cover designs have the potential to be an incredibly powerful selling tool which will contribute to the commercial success of your book. We can design a high quality ebook cover that makes your book stand out.
Why bother with editing and proofreading? Because your readers will judge you on the quality of your book. We offer a reliable, efficient and friendly service to help you by ensuring your book has correct spelling, word usage, tense and grammar along with clear, consistent and well presented text.
During the editing process, we will look at the structure, pacing, tone and style of your book; raise any textual queries or changes required; offer advice on any sections that need improving/rewriting; split extensive paragraphs to improve the flow of the narrative.
Remember that customer feedback is a key factor in generating sales of your book on Amazon and other online book retailers. Don't risk negative feedback by avoiding proofreading services. We'll help to make your book the best it can be.
